Since 1978 Eng. Khalid is the CEO of Saudi Red Bricks Company (Saudi closed joint stock company since 2016) & Chairman of Alamoudi Group. He got his high school diploma from Joplin High School Missouri, USA. He holds bachelor’s degree from Kansas state University USA in 1978.
Eng. Khalid as a CEO has led Saudi Red Bricks Company which has started the brick manufacturing since 1956 to become the largest clay brick production facility in the world at Bahra with the name of Saudi Red Bricks Company (Alamoudi) that occupied an area of 500,000 Square meters. And with a new acquired site more than three kilo meters at the area of Usafan in mecca region with raw materials next to the site of raw materials for clay manufacturing blocks, bricks, and other related products.
As a CEO Eng. Khalid brought innovation and technology to the brick manufacturing process by introducing a robotic tech. also process a tech. for Saudi red bricks company in its own together by producing heat and water absorption clay bricks which proved a great success. He has also been holding the license of Saudi Standards quality mark of SASO since 2017. And newly approved by saso with more than 16 new products and a wared with (made in Saudi) emblem from SASO.
Eng. Khalid has led Alamoudi Group to complete various prominent projects under his professional supervision which have turned to a success stories. Real life examples of these projects includes Sheraton Hotel Makkah, Elysee Printemp Center, Elaf Taiba Hotel, Batterjee Offices and Alamoudi Villa Complex.
Apart from the previously mentioned projects, Eng. Khalid has completed many high-rise building projects including shopping malls, flyovers, real estate projects, hotels, luxury furnished apartments, rental apartments, restaurants, and mosques.
Eng. Khalid personal achievements includes nomination as Vice Chairman of the National Mining Committee by the Council of Saudi Chambers, Madison Who’s Who Award of VIP Members and an interview with Oxford Business Group globally famous for publishing investment and economic reports. Eng. Khalid believes that “Build the best product, to adapt to the local environment and cause no unnecessary harm to it. Use business to inspire and implement solutions to the environmental crisis.”
