These include the the spinning out and merging of its petroleum business with Woodside to create a global top 10 independent energy company, the sale of a number of its coal assets, the sanctioning of a US$5.7 billion investment in the Jansen Stage 1 potash project in Canada, and the definition company’s Climate Transition Action Plan and the company’s Social Value Framework.
