Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) is a publicly listed mining company, registered and licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Capital Markets Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange in March 2022.Since inception in 2008, AMAK is one of the pioneers in the mining sector in Saudi Arabia​​ .AMAK has adopted a long- term advanced business strategy, based on the research and sustainable growth of its technical and operational infrastructure to support all of its various activities. These efforts position AMAK for sustained growth and a lasting impact on the global mining industry for years to come.The company began commercial production of copper and zinc concentrates in 2012, and began producing gold and silver dore from Al Masane mine in 2018.Al Masane Mine is the main mine and includes three mineralized zones: the Saadah, Al Houra and Moyeath, estimated at more than 7.0 million tons of resource , and 3.5 million tons of resource at Guyan.In 2020, AMAK constructed Guyan Gold Mine and Process Plant and commissioned in early 2021 and started commercial production of gold in dore from Guyan Gold Mine.Almasane Expansion Project "Moyeath orebody Process Plant Development: Unlocking New PotentialSeptember 2024 , AMAK has completed the commissioning of the Moyeath processing plant of Al Masane Mine.   The project, which was officially inaugurated in August 2022 by His Excellency Prince Jiluwi bin Abdulaziz bin Musa’id was designed to increase annual ore processing capacity by approximately 400,000 tonnes per year. Combined with the existing AL Masane and Guyan processing plants, the addition of Moyeath will result in an estimated annual production increase of approximately 80% for Zinc and 40% for Copper for a approximately total combined production of 30-40 kt of Copper concentrate, 60-80 kt of Zinc concentrate, 30 – 40 koz of Gold, and approximately 500 koz of Silver
