The Arabian Geophysical & Surveying Company was founded in 1966 to serve the increasing global demand on Energy. Over the years, ARGAS developed capabilities to image underground structures to support multiple exploration industries to find natural resources. Today ARGAS is a subsidiary of the Saudi Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), a company under the portfolio of the Saudi sovereign public investment fund (The PIF).
Over the past six decades, ARGAS surveyed the region's most important fields and deployed state-of-the-art technology in data acquisition, processing, and interpretation in Saudi, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and many others.
